National Coach Development in Partnership with Federations

ARCI works with national federations that have athletes and clubs but do not have the scale to maintain a complete specialist race-coach academy. ARCI provides the alpine ski race-specific education. The federation retains its coaching license, its governance and its national recognition.

Principles of the Partnership

Existing national coach education remains in place.
Existing qualifications are assessed for equivalence and recognized as prior learning where appropriate.
ARCI supplies the alpine ski race-specific technical component.
The federation retains control of its national coaching license and national professional recognition.
Safeguarding, legal and sport-governance modules remain under national responsibility.

An ARCI qualification combined with the federation's own requirements produces national recognition at the corresponding level.
