Materials used
The Series is open to everyone. Places are confirmed after an application review, so that each session is attended by the audience it was written for. Coaches holding Current ARCI Status attend free of charge, for as long as the annual status is valid. Everyone else purchases a ticket for each session.
Certified ARCI coaches
Free of charge
Coaches holding Current ARCI Status attend every session in the Series free of charge, for as long as the annual status is valid.
ARCI candidates
Included
Masterclasses assigned to the qualification a candidate is taking are included in the program fee.
Coaches outside ARCI
Ticket, on application
A place is requested by application and a ticket is purchased for each session once the application is accepted. No ARCI qualification is required, and attending a masterclass does not confer one.
Athletes, parents and program staff
Ticket, on application
The Series is open to everyone. A place is requested by application, and a ticket is purchased once the application is accepted. No coaching background is required, although the material is pitched at a professional level and each session states the audience it is written for.
Partner federations
By arrangement
National federations working with ARCI purchase access for a group of national coaches. See the Federations tab.
Application review
The Masterclass Series is open to everyone. Places are confirmed after an application review, so that each session is attended by the audience it was written for and the discussion stays at the level the presenter prepared.
What the application asks
Name and country
Current role in the sport, and the program, club, team or federation it sits in
Coaching qualifications held, where applicable
The level of athlete currently worked with, where applicable
The sessions applied for
What the review confirms
The session matches the applicant’s role and experience
The applicant works at or toward the level the session addresses
The group for a session stays appropriate for the material and the discussion
ARCI replies with a decision and, where the application is accepted, a payment link for the sessions applied for. Where a session is not the right fit, ARCI states which session in the Series is, so an applicant is directed rather than turned away. Coaches holding Current ARCI Status apply through the same route and attend free of charge.
